Keepr Media Return Policy
If you need to return a Keepr Media product purchased from www.KeeprMedia.com, you must return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Does Keepr Media have an extended return policy for the holidays?
Yes. Items shipped by Keepr Media between November 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, may be returned until January 31, 2014, for a full refund, subject to our return guidelines as stated in this policy.

How do I return an item shipped by Keepr Media?
Contact KEEPR via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA to get a mailing label to return your item.
NOTE: Return shipping costs may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of Keepr Media error.
I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?
If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you should receive your refund within 2 weeks of the carrier having received your item.
If you shipped the item back to Keepr Media at your own expense, and the return is the result of a Keepr Media error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return. To prevent having to pay for the return yourself, please visit our website to receive a pre-paid label and RMA number.
Does Keepr Media do replacements?
We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
How Do I return a gift?
Gift returns are confidential.
Keepr Media allows gift recipients and gift givers to return items fulfilled by Keepr Media even if the order wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it's returned.
Once your return is processed, we'll send an Keepr Media Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the e-mail address you enter on the Online Shopping Cart form. If you're the gift giver, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method. You'll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don't have an order number, please contact us.

Note: Gift recipients will not be eligible for exchanges or instant refunds.
If you received a defective item and need to replace it with the same item, visit our website to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation--e.g., another player--visit our website. An "Exchange" option will display in the Shopping Cart the return is not due to a Keepr Media error (e.g., damaged, defective, lost, etc.), you meet the eligibility criteria, and the return product is:
When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order. We'll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You'll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back within 30 days.
If the exchange order total, including shipping, is more than the refund, you will be able to select the payment method in which you'd like to charge the difference; and if it's less you'll receive a refund to your original payment method.
If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange return option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive an item that was damaged, visit our website and choose "Return an Item." At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.
