Shipping Preferences

Every time you place an order via our Shopping Cart, you can choose to either group your items into as few shipments as possible or else ship each item as it becomes available. Each option has its benefits.

  • Group My Items Into As Few Shipments As Possible
  • Shipping Items As Soon As They Become Available

Group My Items Into As Few Shipments As Possible

Choose "group my items into as few shipments as possible" if you're trying to save money on shipping. However, depending on the availability of the items you're purchasing, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship since we'll consolidate your items into the fewest number of deliveries possible.

Please be aware that items listed as having Not Yet Released or Back Ordered availability can potentially delay shipments with this shipping option.

Shipping Items As Soon As They Become Available

Choose "I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)" to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. If some of the items in your order are eligible for Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery, you should choose this option if you want to receive those items quickly--otherwise, the delivery of the items may be delayed.

You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would have if you'd chosen the "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" option. Of course, we'll still attempt to save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so.

Reserving an Item for Your Order

Placing an item in your shopping cart doesn't hold the item for you. An item is only reserved for your order after you click the Place your order button and receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Popular items can sell out quickly. It's possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order.

When In-Stock Items are Shipped

If an item is in stock, when it ships to you depends on which shipping options you've chosen and how many items are on the order. Here are some specifics:

  • I want it to ship on the same day ordered: Some items have a Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery option available. These items will ship soon after you order them if you meet the ordering deadline. Otherwise, they'll ship the next business day. To make sure the item you're buying is eligible, look for the "Want it delivered…" message that displays a delivery date and method.
  • I want it to ship within 24 to 48 hours: Most orders for in-stock items shipping via Standard Shipping will leave our fulfillment centers within this time frame.
  • Christmas Shipping: The last day for using Standard shipping option is 12/17/2013. After that date & ; you want a Keepr product for Christmas you must choose Next Day or 2 Day Air as your method of shipment. The last day for placing a order to arrive before Christmas is Noon on 12/20/13

Availability Estimate Definitions

Here's a list of availability estimates you may see while shopping on KeeprMedia.com. These estimates apply only to items sold and shipped by KeeprMedia.com. If the availability of an item changes after you place your order, we'll send you an e-mail.

  • In Stock: The item is on hand and we expect to be able to prepare this item for shipment within a few hours to a few days (depending on the shipping option you choose). In some cases, we may indicate on the product detail page that processing will take longer before the item is shipped. In-stock items often enter the shipping process immediately, so it is difficult to change an order containing in-stock items. When ordering such items, please double-check the details of your order before submitting it.
  • In stock but may require an extra 1-2 days to process: The item is available in at least one fulfillment center, and we expect to be able to prepare the item for shipment within a day to a few days (depending on the shipping option you choose).
  • Usually ships in 1-2 weeks: we expect to receive the item for distribution within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.
  • Not yet published/released or Available for Pre-order: The latest release date information that we have for the item will be on its product detail page. If you want to pre-order the item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment. Some pre-order items qualify for Release-Date Delivery.
  • Temporarily Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date.
  • Currently Unavailable: This item is currently not available for ordering, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again.

Changing Your Order

Making changes to your delivery address may affect your order's eligibility for Release-Date Delivery. If you do need to change your order, we recommend placing a new pre-order for the item and then cancelling your previous order after you are sure you can choose Release-Date Delivery or another applicable shipping option (as indicated in checkout) on the new order.

Release-Date Delivery Fine Print

The following restrictions apply to Release-Date Delivery eligibility:

  1. Applies only to orders placed where the Release-Date Delivery option or another applicable shipping option (as indicated in checkout) is chosen. Does not apply if you choose Standard.
  2. Applies only to orders shipped to addresses within the lower 48 United States.
  3. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and will be delivered after the release date.
  4. Applies only to items eligible for Release-Date Delivery. The shipping option will not be available for ineligible items in your Shopping Cart.
  5. In the event of a missed delivery, we will refund the shipping charge. Note: this does not apply if delivery is attempted, but no one is available to accept the package.
  6. Does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers) caused by events beyond KeeprMedia.com's control.
  7. Tracking Your Order: Keepr Media will supply tracking information so you can keep track of your order.
  8. Some carriers make deliveries to residential addresses as late as 7 p.m., so please allow sufficient time for the delivery.

  10. When we offer an item for Release-Date Delivery, we need to be extra careful in working with our shipper to honor the release date restrictions. Sometimes, this requires us to process orders outside of our normal procedures, which may result in a lack of tracking information being available from carriers online.
  11. Carriers tend to only update tracking information once daily, and orders are often already scheduled for delivery by the time tracking information becomes available.

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days . (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.) Click here for more information on calculating delivery dates.

Two-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • Delivery within 2 business days. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.)
  • No APO, FPO, or DPO
  • Saturday delivery available for certain locations.

One-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries

  • Delivery within 1 business day. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.)
  • No APO, FPO, or DPO
  • Saturday delivery available for certain locations at an additional charge. All product categories other than KeeprMedia.com Gift Cards are an additional $5.00 per shipment. KeeprMedia.com Gift Cards can be delivered on Saturday for $6.99 per item.

Calculating Shipping Costs

  • If you choose the "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" option, you will be charged the amount quoted at checkout for shipping. We calculate this charge based on the highest applicable per-shipment charge of all the items in your order plus the per-item charge for each item.
  • The total shipping charge for the order will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.
  • Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping amount for a single order:
    • (Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee
  • If you choose the "I want my items faster. Ship items as they become available" option, the shipping amount displayed when you place your order shows how much you will pay if each item shipped separately. We try to ship items together as much as possible, so your actual shipping total will usually be less than the estimate.

When To Expect Your Order

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

No Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses

Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. See our list of Shipping Restrictions or check the item's detail page for eligibility.

Signature Requirements

Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $200.
